Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing Time:

(All T-Shirt, Sweatshirts, and Hoodies processing info will be under “Apparel”)
After placing your order your request will be sent to the warehouse. The processing time is normally 2 to 5 days (unless otherwise stated on the product page). This time frame gives the staff time for order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Shipping Time:

This refers to the time it takes for your item/items to ship from the warehouse to the desired destination. Orders are shipped by the USPS (United States Postal Service), and a tracking number is issued to help you keep up with your package. We will need your email address to send you your tracking information. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 3 weeks to arrive (unless otherwise stated on the product page) at their destination but can take little longer from time to time.

Apparel:

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our warehouse 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply. Typically around 1-7 days for deliveries.

Because of the fast turn around on these items, the window to cancel or make changes is much smaller. The information for these orders are updated at 6 a.m., 10 a.m., and 1 p.m. Monday - Friday. So if you place an order at 11 a.m. Wednesday you will have until 1 p.m. to cancel or request a change before your order moves into production. After this point, no changes can be made.

Back-orders:

We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, however, occasionally it may occur an item is out of stock that you ordered. If your product is on back-order, we will contact you and let you know. If you are ordering additional items in stock, we would be happy to ship those items out first and then ship the back-ordered item when it becomes available.

Ordering Different Items:

When ordering multiple different items, your order may come in different packages and may arrive at different time depending on the warehouse the pieces are coming from. This is normal and no need for concern. So if you receive a package that does not contain all of your ordered items, please be patient and wait for the rest of your boxes to come in. Thank you.

Important Notice:

If USPS requires that packages be signed, please ensure that you are available to sign for your package. Customers are responsible for reimbursing us for any shipping and handling charges that are incurred if a package is returned because no one was available to accept it.

If you know that you will not be available to accept your delivery, we recommend that you use a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package for you. We encourage you to contact USPS directly to find out what their delivery policies are for your area. Thank you for understanding that we are not able to assume liability should your package be stolen or damaged after it is left unattended. If this may pose a problem, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to receive your order for you.
